Child Safety Standards for Thandora

1. Our Commitment

Thandora ("we," "our," or "us") has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are committed to keeping children safe on our platform and to preventing our service from being used to create, store, distribute, promote, or facilitate any content or conduct that sexually exploits, endangers, or abuses children. These standards describe how we prevent, detect, and respond to such abuse.

2. Prohibited Conduct and Content

The following are strictly prohibited on Thandora, without exception:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — images, video, text, audio, or links.
• Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to sexually exploit, lure, or endanger a minor.
• Sextortion, trafficking, or the sexualization of minors.
• Sharing, requesting, or promoting sexually explicit content involving anyone under 18.
• Any other conduct that facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation.

3. Age Requirement

Thandora is not intended for users under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly permit accounts for children under 13. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will remove it and delete the associated data. Users must be old enough under the laws of their jurisdiction to use a communication service.

4. Prevention and Detection

We take proactive and reactive measures to keep children safe, including:

• Clear standards, published here and enforced through our Terms of Use.
• Review of user reports and flagged content by our moderation process.
• Prompt removal of violating content and accounts upon detection or report.
• Retaining relevant evidence as required to support investigations by authorities.

5. Reporting Mechanisms

Any user can report content or behavior that endangers a child:

• In-app: Use the report option available on messages and profiles, or the block/report controls within the app.
• Email: Contact our child-safety team directly at thandoraconnect@gmail.com with the subject line "Child Safety".

Reports concerning CSAE are treated as our highest priority and are reviewed promptly.

6. Our Response to Violations

When we identify or receive a credible report of CSAE, we will:

• Remove the offending content and disable the responsible account(s).
• Preserve relevant information as permitted by law.
• Report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate law-enforcement or governmental authority in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Cooperate with law enforcement and child-safety organizations as required.

7. Legal Compliance

We comply with all applicable child-safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which we operate, and we align our practices with recognized child-safety standards. We regularly review and update these standards to reflect evolving legal requirements and best practices.
